VINTAGE 1980s GIVENCHY *signed* Authentic Haute Couture Matte Gold Designer Bracelet
Count Hubert James Marcel Taffin de Givenchy was a French fashion designer who founded the house of Givenchy in 1952. He was famous for having designed much of the personal and professional wardrobe of Audrey Hepburn and clothing for Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. Givenchy is a fashion house that epitomises grace throughout the 20th century and you could see such nods to perennial glamour in the the meticulously placed, minimal seam work, and open bateau neck of Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle’s wedding dress. Givenchy is also well-known for their fabulous accessories, both vintage and new, and you’ll be happy you added these pieces of vintage jewelry to your personal collection!
This gorgeous bracelet has links in both matte gold and polished gold plating. It is signed Givenchy with a copyright symbol, measures approx. 8″L x 1″W and has a signed toggle clasp. This piece is in excellent vintage condition and is new with tags. There is one tiny pit and the reverse side of the piece has light oxidation, please refer to photographs.
